Who Joins the Call?

Often it’s a CEO, executive or an HR leader. If you’d like to include another stakeholder, that’s fine—just note it in the pre-call questions.

Do We Have to Decide Anything on the Call?

No. You’ll leave with my candid view of your situation and possible options. You can decide next steps on your own timeline.

Do You Work Remotely? 

Yes. I’m based in Kansas City and work with clients across the U.S. via Zoom.

Do you sign NDAs?
