The providers of this technology process your information on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.

SMS Opt-In and Data Privacy

This section governs our text messaging and calling program and controls over any inconsistent statement elsewhere in this Privacy Policy concerning mobile phone numbers, messaging records, or SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, and are never sold or rented.

If you opt in to receive text messages or phone calls from Triwise Solutions, Inc., we use your mobile number solely to send the messages, and place the calls (which may use automated or AI-generated voice), that you have agreed to receive, which may include account notifications and service updates, appointment and coaching reminders, customer support communications, and, only where you have separately consented, occasional promotional announcements. We may share this data with trusted subcontractors who assist us in operating our messaging platform solely to deliver those messages; they are strictly prohibited from using it for their own marketing. Outside of these service-provider purposes, your mobile phone number and SMS/MMS opt-in data are not disclosed to third parties except where disclosure is required by law, and a legally required disclosure does not authorize any marketing use of your information.

We retain messaging and consent records, including the date, time, and method of your opt-in and any opt-out request, for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, document your choices, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. After you opt out, we may retain the minimum information needed to prevent further unwanted texts.
