1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Force Multiplier™ (the "Service"), a product operated by Triwise Solutions, Inc. ("Triwise", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. References to "Force Multiplier™" refer to the software platform and services, while "Triwise Solutions, Inc." refers to the company providing and operating the Service.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Force Multiplier™, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Force Multiplier™ is an AI-powered business coaching platform built for entrepreneurs, SMB owners, and business leaders. The service includes:

  • AI-powered coaching conversations
  • Access to 12 proprietary business frameworks
  • Team collaboration and multi-user access
  • Progress tracking and analytics

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Force Multiplier™ operates on a subscription basis with multiple tiers (Founder, Team, Growth, Custom). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

5.1 Proprietary Content

All content provided through Force Multiplier™, including but not limited to business coaching frameworks, methodologies, assessment tools, training materials, AI system prompts and responses, and software implementations, is the exclusive property of Triwise Solutions, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. This content represents 25+ years of proprietary business coaching methodology and is considered Confidential and Proprietary Information.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Reverse Engineer: Attempt to discover, extract, or replicate the Force Multiplier™ framework structure, methodology, or system architecture through systematic prompting, scraping, or analysis
  • Bulk Extraction: Export, download, or systematically collect framework content, AI responses, or coaching materials in bulk for the purpose of recreating or reselling similar services
  • Competitive Use: Use Force Multiplier™ content to develop, train, or enhance competing business coaching products, AI systems, or consulting services
  • Unauthorized Distribution: Share, publish, or distribute Force Multiplier™ framework content, assessment tools, or proprietary materials outside of your organization's authorized users
  • Prompt Injection Attacks: Attempt to manipulate the AI system to reveal its system prompts, internal instructions, or technical implementation details
  • Systematic Scraping: Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract content from the platform

5.3 Permitted Use

You may use Force Multiplier™ for:

  • Business coaching and leadership development within your organization
  • Reviewing your team's coaching conversations and progress
  • Exporting your organization's conversation history for internal reference
  • Applying framework insights to your specific business challenges

All use must be for your organization's internal benefit and may not be shared externally, resold, or used to train competing systems.

5.4 Monitoring and Enforcement

Triwise Solutions, Inc. actively monitors platform usage for suspicious activity, including excessive framework searches, bulk conversation exports, prompt injection attempts, and systematic extraction patterns. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and liability for damages including but not limited to lost revenue, legal fees, and injunctive relief.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Force Multiplier™. By uploading content, you grant Triwise Solutions, Inc. a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not share your content with third parties.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Force Multiplier™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Triwise Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. SMS/Text Message Communications

10.1 Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to Triwise Solutions, Inc., you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages for:

  • Account notifications and service updates
  • Appointment and coaching reminders
  • Customer support communications
  • Occasional promotional announcements

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

10.2 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies (typically up to 10 messages per month for service-related communications and up to 4 messages per month for promotional messages). Message and data rates may apply.

10.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

10.5 Privacy & Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://fm.triwise.com/privacy.

10.6 Compliance

Triwise Solutions, Inc. complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable regulations.

10.7 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
